Standard Features
Traditional Cameron baskets are crafted entirely from wicker — walls and floors alike — because wicker is lightweight, resilient, shock-absorbing, and timelessly beautiful. This gives you four distinct advantages: strength and durability, lightweight design for easier handling, simple cost-effective repairs if ever needed, and natural elegance where form and function come together. The all-woven design is impressively shock-absorbing on a bumpy landing.

Basket Types
Sport
Sport models feature “Double Weave” construction and five bands of accent weave. Toggle handles on all sides make ground handling easy. The sport basket fits well with a concept balloon, making it an affordable starter system. Make no mistake – this basket is strong, and can still last a lifetime.
Aristocrat
Available in five sizes, these classic handcrafted baskets possess all that the sport series has and more! There is a choice of traditional aristocrat swept top or the flat top option. “Single Weave” construction with integral interior and exterior rope handles.
Solid Floor
Another variation of the beautifully crafted ‘Aristocrat’ series, these baskets have solid floors made from high-grade marine ply. While lacking some of the flexibility of an all-woven basket, they offer additional ruggedness for harsh environments.
Flat Top
The flat top variety of our ever-popular ‘Aristocrat’ basket offers a little more usable space (even though the footprint is the same) and the more rugged construction of a stainless steel top frame. Also available in high-spec versions which accommodate 20-gallon tanks.
Easy Access
We offer a fully-rugged door option in most of our Flat-Top, solid floor baskets. The door locks into both the top and bottom frame, ensuring the integrity of the basket is not lost. A quick latch and locking pins keep the door secured in flight.
Partitioned
Partitioned baskets were designed to divide passengers into manageable groups, making even the quickest of landings easier. These heavy-duty workhorses are remarkably lightweight. The top-quality rattan, thick scuff leather (the protective bottom edging), hardwood skids, and rugged stainless steel top frame form an ideal passenger basket.
Sportlite™ Compact
The Sportlite™ Compact is a light-weight collapsible basket that makes every journey a breeze – from setup to storage. An ingenious folding mechanism allows it to pack down to a fraction of its original size for transportation.
Hopper

Door Options
Classic Door
Our classic door is built with a rugged top and bottom frame. This door locks into place in both frames ensuring maximum security. Two latches and pins keep the door in place.
Alternative-Style Door
Our new alternative-style door simply locks into place with the use of a long (but lightweight) stainless steel rod or “Shepherd’s Crook”. It interlocks several pairs of stainless steel ‘stirrups’, engaging the door and basket frame along the entire edge. Simple and quick to operate.
